Refund Policy

All massage services are non-refundable once provided. If you have any concerns about your session, please let us know during or immediately after your appointment so we can address them promptly.

Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrival                                                               

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50–100% of the service fee.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session while still being charged the full service amount.

Packages & Gift Certificates

Prepaid packages and gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be used before their expiration date.
